For more than 20 years, my work has had a single purpose: setting the table for people to find their "golden threads".
The most demanding version of that work has been scholarly mentorship of more than ten doctoral candidates in cybersecurity at The George Washington University. Every one of them is now a doctor.
Before that, I provided one-to-one mentorship to 30-40 incoming honors students each fall, secured institutional funding for student-faculty research collaborations, and conceived "Works of Our Hands Week" — a campus-wide scholarly showcase where senior honors students presented original research alongside their faculty mentors. Helping emerging scholars find their voice and finish what they started is some of the most meaningful work I have done.
Today I bring the same rigor to my ghostwriting and consulting as I have to my work in higher education. I developed The Gold Thread Protocol to elicit intellectual and spiritual gold from my business clients. Working directly with founders, experts, and authors, I design their communication ecosystems and nurture the enduring connections that keep a community engaged.
The Protocol ensures that even the most "attention-averse" client's voice remains present and consistent with their audience.
